Customize your event archive to engage your audience, drive traffic and highlight hot topics

We’re excited to introduce a new capability that enables conference organizers to utilise their existing conference archives and create collections around a specific topic. This allows them to attract new audiences, make navigation easier, as well as highlight certain speakers and topics.

With this new capability, conference organizers are able to:

  • Organize their archive by introducing their own customized categories 
  • Create any number of collections that include as few or as many assets as needed
  • Assign an author to each collection which is a great way of promoting your  conference speakers 
  • Include author's comments in the collection description. For example, this description can explain why these specific assets were combined in the collection as well as highlight certain topics and timestamps within the presentation. 
  • Choose a popular or requested topic and pull assets from different events into a new dedicated collection  
  • Make archive navigation easier
